Job Details:
- $85 per hour
- Clinic role Monday to Friday
- 6 week Contract Starting June
- Fully furnished housing provided - single not shared
- Return travel provided
- Paid travel days to and from contract
You will be working in a remote clinic
The clinic is staffed with one Remote Area Nurse, one Aboriginal Health Worker/Nurse and a cleaner.
The clinic is supported by remote GP's during business hours.
The Organisation:
You will be working for an Aboriginal Medical Service which is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) established in 1987. The health service provides a clinic service with preventative and public health programs, including maternal and child health, women's health, chronic disease and sexual health.
- Full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Minimum 5 years' post grad experience as an RN
- A current driver's license
- Critical care or remote experience required
- Strong Remote Area Nursing experience required
- All nursing core competencies up to date or willing to be completed prior to your start
- You must have a current police check
