Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced RN's, CN's and CNC's to join our Remote Nursing team in Queensland. As a Remote Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing essential medical care to individuals in remote and rural areas. We have roles covering Maternity, Mental Health, ED Renal and more. 

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting patient assessments and providing appropriate medical interventions.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitoring patients' conditions and responding to changes in health status.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a remote or rural healthcare setting.
• Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
• Access to reliable internet and technology for remote communication.
