Well known WA-based mining company.
Your new role
Work a sportsman roster within their experienced ROC team. You will troubleshoot, and respond to faults, generate incidents, record faults, and analyse logs / documentation to provide root cause identification.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with network monitoring and security monitoring systems. These involve continuously evaluating and assessing computer networks and their components.
- Familiarity with log management and analytics / dashboarding systems.
- Experience performing root cause analysis and forensic investigations.
- Strong familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP networking, Cisco VPN, MS Teams, and cloud computing.
- Worked with service management skills and ITSM (IT Service Management) tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
