• Handle trip reservations by receiving inquiries, making bookings, and confirming availability for accommodations, flights, and other travel services.
• Interact with clients via phone and email to assist with travel inquiries, itinerary changes, and cancellations.
• Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations to enhance the client experience.
• Collect payment information, process bookings, and issue invoices or receipts as needed.
• Promote additional services, such as room upgrades, dining options, and local tours, to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
• Assist clients with general inquiries, directions, and information about travel destinations and local attractions.
• Address and resolve client issues or concerns related to reservations, billing, or service quality.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.
