Good news, T2 Tea is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join its passionate team.About the roleThis role is accountable for the brand experience across T2's digital touchpoints globally, with a primary focus on website assets, email communications, in-store digital screens, digital advertising, and social collateral along with brand development and graphic communications across both owned and earned digital channels. Where the business requires due to digital evolution, this role is also responsible for the production of 3D digital products and animations.Key responsibilities
- Optimised design and execution of all website and CRM visual communication for both campaign and core/business marketing activity including but not limited to banners, tiles, landing pages, article pages and eDMs.
- Optimised design and execution of both organic and paid social media posts, stories, and advertising assets.
- Design and execution of in-store animated digital screen content, with bespoke format optimisation.
- Design and execution of all Wholesale website assets, emails, and social collateral along with stockist digital advertising assets.
- Design and execution of all Third-Party Marketplace website and advertising assets.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience within in-house studio or agency
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Design
- Experience with responsive design with a mobile-first approach is a must.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
- Proficiency with web interface design software (Figma)
- Experience with 3D rendering and animation software (Blender, Substance).
- Understanding of HTML and CSS
- Experience working with workflow software (e.g. Mondays)
