The organisation is seeking a Remuneration Lead to ensure fair and competitive compensation and benefits practices. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, analyse, and interpret employee data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making and enhance people strategies.

About the role

Reporting into the Head of HR, this role involves overseeing and continuously reviewing the benefits structure to maximise employee benefits and company ROI. The successful candidate will research and analyse competitor remuneration and benefits, providing strategic recommendations to maintain competitive practices. Responsibilities include leading the annual salary review and short-term incentive programs, whilst supporting benchmarking and wage structures of enterprise agreements in collaboration with Employee Relations. The role requires fostering a collaborative advisory approach, driving best practices, compliance, and risk mitigation. The position will develop strong business partnerships with managers and the People & Culture team to execute global and local strategies and change management plans.

About you

  • You have demonstrated knowledge and experience in data and analytics;
  • You have the proven ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to build strong relationships;
  • You possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software;
  • You can think critically and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations;
  • You are highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines, and forward-plan to ensure tasks and commitments are completed;
  • You have proven numeracy skills with the ability to manage and interpret data and provide insights;
  • You maintain an agile and inquiring mind with a demonstrated capacity to learn quickly on the job;
  • You are committed to providing high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations; and
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Data, or a related field are highly desirable.
