As the Remuneration & data Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring fair and competitive compensation and benefits practices across the organisation. You will work on key projects and be responsible for analysing and interpreting people related data and metrics. A key project this year will be to design and roll out the job family architecture to ensure the business continues to motivate and retains its employees. This role will include:
- Lead the salary review process
- Provide Critical analytical insights to support leaders’ decisions making
- Oversee and optimise the current benefits offering
- Take the lead on remuneration and benefits initiatives and projects
- Work closely with the wider P&C team
You have specialised in the area of remuneration benefits and you enjoy working with data. You want a lead role where you can contribute and make a difference. You like variety and are comfortable with a role that has both design and planning, but also being hands on with the data. In your tool kit you have:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data and analytics
- Proven ability to work effectively with multiple stake holders to build relationships
- Highly developed personal organisation and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, or statistical software
