SalarySouthern Cross Truck Rentals is looking for a keen and reliable Rental Clerk to join their busy Truck Rental Branch located at Smeaton Grange.
Duties will include (but not be limited by) taking customer enquiries, quoting & bookings, handling transactions, preparing vehicles for rental, and also some yard operations when required.
To be successful you will need to be keen, reliable, have a great work ethic and be committed to customer service
To be successful in this position, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude .
- Previous experience in the retail and sales field with the ability to assist customers.
- Computer skills are essential to perform reservations and checking in and out purposes.
- Drivers License Required.
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster across Monday - Sunday.
- Ability to multitask, be highly organised with have a strong attention to detail.
- Experienced in dealing with customer issues and conflict resolution.
