Integrate Rehab provides holistic case management, allied health, and assessment services that focus on working with clients with physical, and cognitive injuries. Typically, our clients experience complex needs, requiring a multidisciplinary approach.
The written material produced by Integrate Rehab is subject to regulatory and legal standards and our stringent quality assurance procedures.
As a Report Writer, you will work closely with the Integrate Rehab team to:
- Conduct research (interviews and review material) to obtain information required.
- Draft reports to support rehabilitation and funding requirements.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations pertaining to Integrate Rehab’s operations.
- Maintain and refine reporting templates.
- Maintain quality assurance checks for reporting requirements.
- Respond to the need for urgent production and delivery of some reports.
- Check that documentation is consistent with established business procedures and protocols.
- Maintain data and support NDIS applications.
The successful applicant must have:
- Excellent written communication skills including compilation, editing and refinement of reports.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- An ability to learn complex information quickly, follow processes and apply industry-specific knowledge.
- Excellent initiative and an ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
- An empathetic clear and professional communication style and an ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel and be able to demonstrate those skills prior to employment.
- A current driver’s license and willingness to travel domestically as required.
- An ability to work to tight deadlines in a changing environment.
- An ability to achieve billable targets as set out by the business.
- An understanding of and/or experience in working with people with injuries or disabilities would be advantageous.
This role can be full time or part time.
