Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for Reporting and Data Analysis requirements across the business.
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, oversight, and task management for Reporting and Data Analysis projects.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement in reporting.
- Develop insightful reporting mechanisms that enable teams to identify trends and factors impacting performance goals.
- Create sophisticated models in spreadsheet software to facilitate informed decision-making and scenario analysis.
- Assist stakeholders in sourcing and utilizing data for their own analytical needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science); Master's degree preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
