Tangentyere Employment Services (TES) delivers the Community Development Programme (CDP) for Alice Springs Town Campers, outstations in the region and Amoonguna.
The Administration Support Officer is responsible for the quality and effective support to the Case management and Activity Teams. The position reports to the Quality and Compliance Coordinator.
Key responsibilities of this position are to produce reports and statistical analysis in relation to CDP Case Management, Employment and Retention, Activities and Municipal and Essential Services. Central intake for Municipal and Essential Services including monitoring, recording and allocation of Microsoft Planner tasks as per Priority Matrix. Support implementation of Job Readiness Traffic Light Procedures, ensuring data remains current and supports TES client’s movement into sustainable employment.
