Reporting & Optimisation Analyst

Your next opportunityWe are seeking a proactive and solutions focused Reporting & Optimisation Analyst to join Boral's dynamic Customer Experience team. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for analysing customer activity and contact centre performance, and subsequently providing insights and recommendations for improvements. As a key support to our Sales and Services teams, you will also perform a variety of administration functions to ensure a seamless operational and service experience.This is a critical role within Boral's Commercial team that will suit a Business Reporting Analyst who has had proven experience in providing recommendations to optimise performance.Your day will involve:

• Generating and analysing customer requests for information, disputes and claims, and providing insights into performance, trends and areas for improvement.
• Generating comprehensive reports for Quality Control (QC) actions and accuracy in credit raised reporting, and contact centre's performance and national customer experience.
• Continuous improvement and performance optimisation, offering recommendations for process optimization based on data-driven insights.
• Effectively partner with Customers, Sales and Service teams, and the broader business to ensure seamless operations
• Providing administrative support including creating reports, preparing presentations, maintaining records, handling routine sales and service enquiries, and ad hoc duties.

What are we looking for?

• Proficiency in creating comprehensive reports using Tableau, PBI, SQL or similar
• Proven experience in analysing data and providing recommendations for activity and actions to optimise performance
• Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field
