As Requirements Manager, ensure that all contractual documents, are identified and managed throughout the project cycle. The purpose is to prove to the customer that the delivered system complies with the contract.
Reporting to the Signalling Project Engineering Department, Join us on a permanent basis as a Requirements Manager based out of Perth, Australia.

Take on a new challenge and apply your Rolling Stock, Requirements Management expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work closely with teams across the business Managing requirements configuration / monitoring and following the progress, Establishing and maintaining Traceability and much more. You'll specifically take care of Collecting and Identifying project requirements, but also Identifying verification activity and test execution activity
We'll look to you for
- Previous experience across CBTC deliveries
- Characterizing and allocating project requirements
- Managing changes to requirements
- Providing the link of validation evidence
- Ability to build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders of project and other colleagues
- Requirements management experience includes railway signalling
- Coordination with Customer to provide the overall feedback on the requirements status and to resolve the issues if any related to requirements.

- Tertiary Qualification/ Bachelor in Engineering; Science, Business Process Management or equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience at a Senior level and understanding in Requirements Management.
- Prvious delivering across Signalling field within Rolling Stock
- Basic MS Office tools, Project Management Tools
