About the role
The School of Public Health is currently recruiting a Research Associate to be responsible for the analysis and reporting of biostatistical data, as part of the National Diabetes Service Scheme (NDSS) Evaluation 2021-2024. The successful applicant will apply their critical thinking and high-level statistical analysis to research tasks, generating high-quality research outputs in the evaluation reports. As a Research Associate you will collaborate with the NDSS Agents, Registrants and other key stakeholders.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to analyse and solve problems. You will also have:
- A PhD (awarded, submitted or close to submission) in health or related discipline
- Proven quantitative analysis skills, including longitudinal data analysis
- Experience in research activities with a publication track record
- Excellent verbal / written communication skills
Base Salary Range: $84,431 to $102,832 pa
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
The position is full-time and will be made on a 12-month, fixed-term basis.
