You'll be responsible for
- Our Talent Management team are currently seeking a Research Associate to support the Allianz Australia Executive Search and Succession Planning strategy. Working closely with our Executive Search Specialist you will identify, engage and research executive and critical talent segment professionals to support business and talent intelligence and to secure the leadership of tomorrow
- Defining sourcing strategies to execute critical talent research, pipeline building, referral generation and talent engagement
- Generating insightful and detailed market intelligence and reporting that enable us to make data-led talent decisions, supported by external benchmarking and competitor data.
- Administering psychometric and leadership assessments through third-party tools, including Korn Ferry Digital Assessment Suites
- Partner with the People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Executives and international counterparts to understand future talent needs and align our talent sourcing strategies.
- Demonstrated background research and executive search, leveraging best practice in talent mapping and data analysis
- Exposure to the use of talent assessment and selection methodology including psychometric tools to make effective selection decisions
- Strong communication and office suite capabilities, to deliver insights that support critical talent decisions.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to prioritise work effectively and balance complex and varied range of projects and assignments
- Ideally, you have experience within a multi-national organisation, able to navigate the complexity of large corporate matrix structures
