About the PositionThis is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and highly motivated candidate who has completed four years of tertiary study or equivalent.Working within the at the Faculty of Society and Design, the appointee will contribute to innovative design research projects that have a positive impact on architectural design, and construction through robotics and automation. This will be carried out through design and build projects using state-of-the-art facilities at Bond University in Robina, Gold Coast.
About the personThe position provides an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Researcher to develop and support research
in Robotics in architecture and construction automation in relation to design sustainability. The research will focus on the design, development, prototyping and testing of novel construction methodologies that seek to reduce construction waste. The role will work closely with, and fall under the direct line management of, the Head of the Abedian School of Architecture.Salary detailsThe salary for the position commences at $93,764.68 plus 11% superannuation
