Position Purpose Statement
- To conduct verification on documentation submitted by candidate / client as per guidelines.
The nature, scope and tasks of this position
- Commence all verifications accurately and within required time frame as per Sterling guideline.
- Managing missing and additional information in accordance with Sterling operations procedures
- Update verification record / progress in the operations logs at real time.
- Identify potential delays/ issues that are likely to impact turnaround times
- Update client case manager on any candidate “Alerts”
- Other duties as assigned by manager and leadership of Sterling
Required Skills/Related Knowledge & Experience
- English proficiency is a must (written and communication)
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office
- Ability to keep track of work
- Quality orientation and documentation skills is a must

- A team player and able to work under minimum supervision and tied timeline
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
