AddressAvis | Budget Car & Truck Rental are two of the top car rental companies in Australia and the opportunity has arisen for a Reservation Sales Agent to join our Call Centre team in Burswood.
Our customers require solutions to their transportation problems - whether it's a truck to move house or a 4x4 to take onto a mine site - your job is to help them find the right product to solve that problem.
Our range of products and our network of locations is expansive, so there is a lot of detail to learn therefore you will need an eye for detail and to be comfortable operating a phone and computer simultaneously. You will also be an outstanding communicator and have a can-do attitude.
To be successful for this position you must have the following:
- Work well in a team
- Customer service & ideally some call centre experience
- Be able to multitask and work well under pressure
- Have a drivers license and your own transport
Your role will entail:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our retail, corporate and government clients
- Assisting customers in the vehicle booking process
- Customer queries
Experience in car rental or other industry related experience will be to your advantage however is not necessary. Full training and uniform will be provided.
The successful applicant will also have the opportunity to earn additional income in incentives.
