Are you a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Reservations Agent to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity and be an ambassador of our two properties brands.
The Role
As a Reservations Agent, you will need to anticipate our guests’ needs by going the extra mile, and handling enquiries efficiently and attentively throughout the guest booking process via various booking methods.
You will take pride in delivering the highest level of quality in both product and service. You will work effectively with all other departments to ensure a great experience for all guests. Your energy, drive and positive attitude will be contagious to your teammates; you will be able to think on your feet and problem solve; and you will be passionate about contributing to the bigger picture with an attitude of continuous improvement.
About You
- Previous experience in reservations, group reservations or within a front office environment highly desirable.
- Experience with a property management system, in particular Opera Cloud, would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Time management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent customer service, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
