Our Crown Resorts Reservations department is the central point of contact for hotel accommodation enquiries for our seven properties located in Melbourne, Perth and Sydney
As one of our Reservations Agents, you will be assisting our guests to find the perfect accommodation for their personalised stay with our hotels. Working in a fast paced inbound call centre environment, you will be handling an average of eighty calls per shift, as well as responding to email enquiries.

What you need:
Ability to work in a fast-paced call centre environment
Effective time management skills with the ability to multitask
Established experience in hotel front office, reservations, call centre or travel agency
Polished and clear communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Opera and Synxis highly desirable
Must be available to work a 7 day rotational roster between the hours of 7am to midnight
