Solo Connections is a family owned and operated business and conveniently located in Aspley, Brisbane. Working Monday - Friday with a small friendly team.
To be successful for this role, you must have permanent residency, be a enthusiastic and proactive person that's interested and has the skills to work in both Reservations and product - predominantly in sales. The candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, adaptable, and come with a willingness to provide our clients with exceptional service every time.
The person we are looking for needs to be a motivated individual, flexible in their approach and be willing to undertake a variety of tasks. You will need to be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability and initiative to work on your own with the support of your team in a friendly work environment.
New Role - Key Requirements:
· Answering incoming calls - Pleasant phone manner
· Converting bookings over the phone
· Strong communication skills
· Proven sale record - Ideally within the travel industry but not essential
· Multi-tasking ability
· Ideally a sound knowledge in all social media platforms
· Ability to self motivate and exceptional time management skills
· Have good verbal and written communication skills
· Competent computer skills working on but not limited to - Google Drive, Gmail, Spreadsheets/Excel and Word
