Form of workThe Apollo Group consists of four industry-leading hospitality venues in Sydney and Brisbane, including The Apollo Restaurant and Cho Cho San in Potts Point, as well as Greca and Yoko Dining located within the vibrant Howard Smith Wharves Precinct in Brisbane.
We are looking for someone who can provide our guests with a familiar and friendly experience each time they reach out to dine with us. Joining the team as a Reservations Coordinator, you will be managing and coordinating all guest reservations while also assisting with organising events. Your role will be to provide consistent and accurate communication to customers, and liaise effectively with management, front of house and the kitchen teams.

What you’ll bring:
- A warm, upbeat & friendly phone manner
- An interest in curating the guest experience no matter the occasion
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge and experience in basic computer systems
- Must have weekend availability
Previous experience with an online booking system and restaurant experience would be advantageous.
