- Receive and process group booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Coordinate with group organizers to understand their requirements, including room blocks, meeting spaces, catering, and special requests.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients regarding reservations, availability, and accommodation options.
- Provide information about amenities, services, and policies to guests.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with various departments, including Housekeeping, Front Desk, and management, to coordinate reservations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with guests to confirm reservations, provide directions, and offer assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to promote special offers and packages to potential guests.
- Maintain organized reservation files and databases.
- Generate reports on reservation trends, occupancy rates, and revenue projections.
- Assist in the development and implementation of reservation policies and procedures.
- Process payments, deposits, and cancellations according to established guidelines.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
