THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Reservations Coordinator at Laundy Hotels, your responsibilities will include:
- Be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to all incoming telephone and email enquiries in a professional and sales-orientated manner.
- Managing reservations, responding to correspondence and promoting special packages amongst other duties.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support, to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.
- Collaborating with clients and creating proposals tailored to their needs.
- Conducting research and collecting data to enhance our services.
- Contributing ideas and suggestions for improving reservation processes, customer service protocols, and overall guest experience.
WHO ARE YOU

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable.
