The Opportunity
At NOMAD Group, we are on the lookout for a driven and passionate individual to join us in the role of Reservations & Events Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Our ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience in guest-facing roles within a restaurant setting.
- A demonstrated ability to consistently enhance guest experiences by addressing their needs, concerns, and offering appropriate recommendations.
- Familiarity with SevenRooms is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Effective communication abilities to coordinate with venue departments regarding reservations, events, and special requests.
- Experience in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with guests, contractors, vendors, and colleagues.
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Capability to manage payments, including deposits, to secure bookings.
- Flexibility regarding work hours and locations, as some events may occur off-site.
