Job Description
The Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill has a great opportunity for a full time Reservations Executive who is looking for a Hotel rebrand challenge and has previous experience in Reservations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and overseeing the hotel's reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
- Handle guest inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and personalised assistance with reservations.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate room allocations, special requests, and guest preferences.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests with their stay.
- Coordinate group reservations ensuring contract rates are loaded correctly into reservations to maximise efficiency and eliminate revenue rebates.
About You
- Proven experience in Hotel Reservations or Front Office preferred
- Strong knowledge of reservation software systems
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions
