They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservoir Engineer (Service Delivery Lead) to join their team and lead their service delivery initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendors across multiple concurrent projects and BAU (Business As Usual) service activities.
- Establish and manage IS contracts, ensuring the delivery of agreed service levels.
- Develop and maintain IS strategies and roadmaps for the portfolio of services.
- Run and manage applicable application services across the portfolio.
- Provide excellent stakeholder and customer management.
- Obtain technical support and services, relaying information competently.
Professional Experience:
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in managing vendors across multiple concurrent projects and BAU service activities.
- Experience in establishing and managing IS contracts and ensuring delivery of agreed service levels.
- Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in the development and maintenance of IS strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience in running and managing applicable application services across the portfolio.
Desired:
- Strong technical background.
- Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification and/or relevant work/industry experience.
- Experience in providing application implementation and ongoing maintenance services.
- Excellent working knowledge of industry-standard software and applications relevant to the applicable portfolio.
- Cost management and analysis.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
