As a registered Nurse you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to patients. A Registered Nurse will also assess, plan implement and evaluate care plans while working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

- Treating injuries and/or giving advanced life support
- Assisting doctors in performing a variety of procedures
- Taking, recording and analysing patient vital signs
- Checking that ventilator, monitors and other medical equipment is operating properly.
- Providing intravenous fluids and medications
- Ordering a broad range of diagnostic tests
- Working together with other members of the ICU team
- Treating patients based on the latest nursing standards and urgent care protocols.
- Acting as empathetic patient advocate
- Supporting and educating patients and their families
- Hold a current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Essential – a team player who works hard when required but can have fun.
