Resident Supervisor - Casual
EACS is seeking to hire a Resident Supervisor to join the McVay Boarding House team to support the welfare, personal development, and pastoral care of boarders. You will be a key member of the boarding community from Years 7-12, helping the students and parents through the school terms.
This position requires an individual to engage in multiple shifts per week during term-time, following a roster system that includes after-hours and weekend shifts.
You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following:
- A valid Driver’s License
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Self-motivation, flexibility, initiative and resourcefulness
- Well-developed communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to establish good working relations with parents, staff, and the School community
- Previous boarding supervision experience is desirable but not essential, training will be provided.
