Position Overview: As a Site Manager / Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the on-site operations of our Residential Construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Sydney market, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. This position requires hands-on experience in managing Residential Construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities to ensure efficient project execution.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate on-site construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct regular team meetings and ensure a safe and collaborative work environment.

Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular inspections and address any issues promptly.

Safety Compliance:

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on-site.
• Implement and monitor safety initiatives to create a secure work environment.

Client Communication:

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Manager / Foreman in Residential Construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing residential projects in the Sydney market.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
