ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client has demonstrated a strong 15-year track record delivering work within the Kitchen & Joinery Manufacturing industry – they are looking to grow their team and are looking for 2x Site Managers to deliver projects across the Sydney Metropolitan Area. This opportunity will allow you to partner very closely with the Project Manager to deliver end-to-end joinery installation projects.
Your key tasks include:
- Project planning and scheduling between several stakeholders.
- Conduct site meetings with the broader team.
- Coordinating and providing solutions with other trades on site.
- Scheduling and leading the team to deliver on the project programme.
- Providing updates and reports to the Project Manager / Operations Manager.
- Delegating the works to installing team.
- Oversee complications and resolve appropriately.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications OR Cabinet Making/Trades background.
- Previous experience within the Joinery industry is a must.
- Demonstrated track record in Site Management / Site Installation.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solver with the ability to maximise efficiencies.
