We're currently looking for professional, passionate and positive people to join our team as casual Disability Services Support Workers!

About the role
- Mentoring and skill development – empowering clients to explore and develop their personal interests/hobbies.
- Liaising with external stakeholders and supporting individuals with disability with choice and control to achieve their individual goals and aspirations.
- Assisting with independent living skills and activities of daily living.
- Administering medication and implementing personal support plans.
- Providing personal care such as toileting, showering, preparing meals in line with individual mealtime management plans
- Helping clients engage with their local communities and cultural services, through accessing community participation programs and recreational activities.

So what do you need?
- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, we will also consider candidates who are currently studying
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID003) certificate
- Current NSW Class C Drivers Licence
- Current NSW Working with Children Check Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Verification (Or ability to obtain before starting)
- Satisfactory Criminal History Check
