About the role: The Residential In Reach Program Assistant will provide first class administration support and data entry. You will be an integral part of the small team and work collaboratively to achieve these goals. Key aspects of the job include:
Ensuring accurate, reliable and timely capture of VINAH activity.
Health data collection and formulating health reports.
Managing Allocate Optima rostering for the Residential In Reach team.
Key Responsibilities:
Ordering of medical equipment and resourcing stock.
Entering daily VINAH activity data.
Prepare reports for management use.
Support nursing staff with the daily activity VINAH recording.
Skills and experience:
Administration and customer services experience is essential for this role, with experience working within health and/or community services preferred.
The ability to demonstrate an understanding of the principles of privacy and confidentiality.
Highly developed word processing skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
Demonstrated knowledge of computer software products and their applications.
