About the role
- Manage all tenant and owner enquiries via phone, email or walk-ins
- Conduct inspection requests for all available properties
- Processing of tenancy applications
- Prepare all marketing/advertising for all available properties
- Follow up prospective tenants and conduct owner updates
- Arrange photography works for all rental listings
- Flexibility to work out of hours to complete viewings for prospective tenants ( negotiable)

Skills and experience
- Current drivers license
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role or within the Real Estate Industry
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Friendly and outgoing nature
- Genuine passion for real estate
- Great multi-tasking and organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good level of energy to manage all internal and external out of office aspects of the role
- The ability to be flexible within the role
- Excellent phone and written communication
