About the Role
CONTAINER LOGISTICS SUPPORT OFFICER
Woods Transport operates a Fleet of Kenworth and DAF prime movers, carrying containers and bulk stockfeed. We have depots in Goondiwindi, Toowoomba & Brisbane. All work is conducted in South East Qld, Central Qld & Northern NSW.
The successful candidates will be required to:
- Create Import and Export Shipping Jobs via BSM Software and Industry Portals
- Check Vessel arrival and departure dates and update BSM
- Check Empty Container releases with customers/online portals and update BSM
- Upload data from online portals and driver day sheets into BSM
- Work a full 5 day week, with some overtime required but discussed
About You
To be successful for this role the following is required:
- A very good understanding and a demonstrated high skill level with the use of Excel and Office 365 products.
- Good Health History, full medical required prior to commencement.
- Respect for your Own Safety, Vehicle Safety and Public Safety when engaging with customers, drivers and support staff.
- Productive team member and positive attitude.
- Pride in your work and hygiene within the workplace
- Willingness to Improve your Skill Set as opportunities are presented.
