You will be working with one of Perth’s top selling Real Estate agents, having sold 160 properties in the last 12 months. Being well known for going above and beyond for his clients, he prides himself on customer service and professionalism.  Due to continued growth an opportunity now exists for a Residential Sales Associate to work alongside him to allow for continued expansion and customer experience.  

About you

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person that's eager to set ambitious goals and implement strategies to achieve them. We are looking for someone who is prepared to invest in their own personal growth. 

The successful candidate will:

• Have a current driver’s license.
• Be self-motivated and have a high level of energy.
• Ability to plan, set and hit targets.
• Work autonomously and show initiative.
• Have well-developed organisation and communication skills.

The Position 

• Prospecting and lead generation 
• Set amount of prospecting phone calls per day. 
• Letter box drops.
• Working with buyers wanting to purchase a home.
• Open for inspections and buyer appointments
• Pre-settlement inspections and client nurture
• Database management
