As a successful Sales Associate you will be required to:
- Support the Lead Sales agent to focus on dollar productive activity by providing support and working closely with them to achieve your team goals.
- Working to a clearly structured ideal week plan - you will know what needs to be done, and will have the ability to work autonomously to get the job done.
- Database enquiry entry - nurturing the buyers - ensuring that no opportunity is overlooked and every client touch point is a positive one.
- Liaise with photographers, valuers, building inspectors and other key parties - to ensure that every step of the sales process is managed for success.
- Social media posts to support your team
- Plan & manage your tactical marketing activities to support current listings and help grow opportunities and be rewarded for this.

ROLE LOGISTICS
This role requires someone with a strong work ethic and a commitment to getting the job done. Working hours will vary and you will need to be in attendance at inspections when they are scheduled throughout the week, including Saturdays - in return you will enjoy time off mid-week.
With your own reliable vehicle and current Real Estate qualification, a strong work ethic, and a drive to succeed - the time is right for a new beginning.
You will be supported by our experienced Operations team including, Sales Support, Contracts Administration and Marketing teams, as well as have access to support systems and tools to guide your ongoing success.
