About the Role
  
Our client is a leading family owned Gold Coast Real Estate Agency, who has developed an unrivalled reputation for outstanding customer service, integrity and premium results.
  
A fantastic opportunity is now available for a motivated, dedicated individual, who has previous Sales Administration or Sales Associate experience and is now looking to build their real estate career.  Working with an Award Winning Agency in the Residential Market, you will have the opportunity to be mentored and learn from the Lead Agent and be provided with a desk, phone and all material to make you a success.  What an excellent start to your new career! 
A current Real Estate Certificate or Licence and experience in the QLD Real Estate Industry is essential.

Duties:
  • Provide Administration support, diary management and appointment setting
  • Prepare contracts and proposals 
  • Gather market intelligence & assist in developing marketing materials
  • Attend Company and Networking events
  • Assisting with open homes and inspections
  • Database and website management
  • Assisting with listing properties for sale
  • Attend and set up of Auction properties
  • Contract management and follow up
  • Communicate with clients, contractors and solicitors
  • Prepare weekly reports and attend to email correspondence 
Skills and Experience:
  • A current Real Estate License or Registration Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the QLD Real Estate industry
  • A focused, driven and motivated personality
  • High level problem solving skills
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be process driven with a strong attention to detail
  • Possess a strong work ethic and positive outlook
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • A team player, who can also work autonomously & use their initiative
  • Possess exceptional follow up skills
  • A valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
  • Experience in preparation of sales contracts & settlement procedures
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & CANVA
  • Experience with RP Data, Realworks, Realestate.com or Agent Box, highly desirable
