Location: BRAND NEW aged care home based at Sunrise Beach

We are thrilled to announce an exciting unique opportunity for a Residential Services Manager, for our brand-new 102 bed Sunrise Beach facility!

What makes a difference for us?
In the role of Residential Services Manager, you will be responsible for the effective leadership and management of the Household Model of Care. You will create, mentor and lead your front-line team, ensuring that a ‘team spirit’ underpins the delivery of care and services that values individuals, their wellbeing, agency and choice within a living environment that has been designed to feel more naturally like a home or household.
Through your knowledge, you’ll promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You’ll ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
Ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship to other team members
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in high level service delivery and quality
Demonstrate financial capability to effectively manage and be accountable for an operational budget
Knowledge of continuous quality improvement practices and proven experience in innovative thinking and/or ability to deliver innovative outcome
Experience coordinating care provision within a large team
Confidence to manage conflict, pressures and competing priorities
Highly Desirable
Bachelor of Business, or equivalent qualification
Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
Current AHPRA registration
Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Aged Care Funding
