The Role:
With many new initiatives underway, we are seeking an experienced SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER specialised in NDIS with a desire to assist us in expanding our organisation through obtaining new clients/ Participants. Key to the role are the abilities to build new relationships, revenue streams and programs in line with the organisational business & strategic plans. Full Time work from home position with the option of Part time for a suitable applicant.
Key task and responsibilities include:
- Identifying opportunities for business improvement and strategic new business opportunities.
- Networking and meeting with Support Coordinators, hospitals, health practitioners, SDA providers, mental health departments, schools, TAFE and other registered and non-registered NDIS providers.
- Networking to develop, implement and evaluate community engagement and brand awareness opportunities for our services.
- Bringing in new Participants for our Services - Ensuring all delivered services are chargeable to the participant's plan or other relevant sources of funding.
- Work across the organisation to drive programs with participant skills development at the core.
- Review possible technologies for participants and their parents / carers that assist with monitoring and recording participant development in line with their personalised goals.
- Recruitment of Disability Support Workers.
- Matching workers with participants and rostering.
In order to be considered for this important role you will need to provide your CV, a covering letter and a separate document addressing the following essential & non-essential criteria:
- Relevant transferable experience in a previous new business role.
- KPI for finding 100 hours of new client per month
- A track record in networking and building relationships that develop into referral partnerships.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise work and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in high-level report and business case writing.
- Social media and professional network (eg LinkedIn) active, with marketing experience.
- Knowledge of the NDIS is essential.
- Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline desirable but not essential.
- Previously successfully directed or managed businesses highly desirable.
- Lived and professional experience in the disability industry highly desirable.
- An understanding of the SCHADS award and recruiting.
The Role is very flexible and will require you to work from home and around the Brisbane Northside area in order to meet & greet new potential clients and perform risk assessment tasks and networking.
