About the role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Hospitality & Services Manager, principally working Monday to Friday.
This key leadership role oversees our catering, cleaning, laundry and maintenance teams and works collaboratively with the broader teams and residents at our Morayfield home.

About you:
- An exceptional people leader
- Financial acumen with demonstrable achievements in financial and budget management
- Experience recruiting, training, mentoring and leading teams
- Experience in Aged Care or a dynamic, fast-paced hospitality environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, preferably holding a Food Safety Certificate
- Excellent communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
