Integral Scaffolding are actively recruiting Commercial/Residential Scaffolders to grow our expanding team. This position will operate out of Orange in regional NSW.

Positions available include Casual and Permanent Full-Time. Staff interested in permanent full-time work must be willing to relocate to the Central West.
RENUMERATIONIntegral Scaffolding offers above award conditions and staff earn above award wages. Wages are scheduled based on the candidates qualifications - e.g. Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Scaffolding Tickets. Additional allowances for Mine, Residential/Commercial and other work conditions are offered in addition to base wages.
We believe your last hour on the job is worth just as much as the first, and so as part of our wage package, we also offer:
- Superannuation paid on all time worked.
- Leave Accrual on all time worked (for permanent employees)
E.g. A permanent full-time scaffolder starts at their base hourly rate, plus allowances, plus super and leave entitlements on all time worked.

- Be willing to work aboveground / underground and nightshifts,
- Be willing to work 12 hours shifts,
- Be able to pass pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening and be willing for Integral to process a National Police Check.
- Be willing to drive above and underground,
- Be local or willing to relocate for a tree change,
- Have an Australian drivers licence (minimum C Class licence, unrestricted)
