Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with senior leadership to define and implement a comprehensive resilience program, tracking key performance indicators to measure effectiveness, providing strategic advice and support to business groups, coordinating training and exercise programs, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will lead a small team responsible for delivering strategic advice, coordinating training and exercise programs, and maintaining compliance with resilience standards. Key stakeholders include senior leadership, internal business groups, government agencies, suppliers, customers, and partners.This team is dedicated to promoting a culture of resilience and ensuring Airservices is well-prepared to respond to various incidents. People enjoy working in this team because of the meaningful impact they have on organisational resilience and the collaborative and supportive culture that fosters growth and development.Please see the link below to view the full Position Description:The PersonWe are seeking a dynamic and resilient individual with demonstrated experience in crisis management and business continuity. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking abilities, and the capacity to manage high-pressure situations effectively.The successful applicant will have:
  • Proven experience in crisis management and facilitation of exercises
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish strategic relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high workloads and set priorities effectively
  • Recognised tertiary qualification in emergency management or similar discipline
  • Demonstrated excellence with reporting and auditing and advanced MS Suite skillset
  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and hold necessary security clearances and identifications.
