The key duties of the position include
The Role & The Team
As the Resilience Lead you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organisation's consistent resilience procedures and response capability. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with senior leadership to define and implement a comprehensive resilience program, tracking key performance indicators to measure effectiveness, providing strategic advice and support to business groups, coordinating training and exercise programs, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You will lead a small team responsible for delivering strategic advice, coordinating training and exercise programs, and maintaining compliance with resilience standards. Key stakeholders include senior leadership, internal business groups, government agencies, suppliers, customers, and partners.
This team is dedicated to promoting a culture of resilience and ensuring Airservices is well-prepared to respond to various incidents. People enjoy working in this team because of the meaningful impact they have on organisational resilience and the collaborative and supportive culture that fosters growth and development.
