Resort Grounds / Maintenance Supervisor

The Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort is seeking a Full Time Grounds Supervisor to lead our team of 10 grounds staff. This is a full-time position and the rostered shifts are generally 8 to 9 hours each, between the hours of 7am to 5pm.

We are looking for someone who is committed and passionate about the Hospitality Industry, who strives to meet customers’ expectations and enjoys a challenge.

Candidates must have a drivers license and experience in a similar role is preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to;

General repairs and maintenance of rooms and appliances

Mowing, gardening, mulching and cabin cleaning

Assisting caravan guests onto their site

Pool testing, monitoring and cleaning

General upkeep and cleaning of resort grounds

Attending to the needs of in house customers

This can be a fast paced environment, hosting up to 1200 guests during our peak season so would suit an individual that can stay cool, calm and collected throughout challenges.

Attention to detail, consistency and accuracy in all work

Ability to work within a team and independently

Good communication skills and the ability to multi task

Available to work on weekends, public & school holidays
