In the role of Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for providing high level resourcing support to the Program and Project Managers and project team members to contribute to the effective delivery of ICT Projects across the Business Solution Delivery (BSD) program of works.

As our Resourcing Advisor, you will;

• Assist with the provision of a program and project resource planning, recruitment and tracking service that optimises workforce utilisation within Business Solutions Delivery.
• Work with senior team leaders and managers to understand key resource requirements to assist with the development of resourcing strategies, processes and policies that meet both current and future organisational needs.
• Assist with the delivery of an appropriate resourcing function within BSD, this involves creating and reviewing documentation required as part of this function across the unit.
• Build and Maintain relationships with other business units and Program Management Office (PMO) areas within and external to the department, to share and leverage experience and best practice in project resourcing activities.
• Prepare, present and contribute to correspondence, reports, briefing notes, submissions and evaluations to management and stakeholders.

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate;

• Exposure to a project delivery environment
• Previous experience in a resourcing function in a project or PMO environment
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Project, Power BI and Sharepoint
