The Engineering & Technology branch is looking for a motivated Principal HR Advisor superstar to join our high performing team up until 10 January 2025.
In this dynamic role, you will support the business to implement strategies that enhance leadership, technical expertise, and business management capabilities within the branch and across the Infrastructure Management Delivery (IMD) Division. You will be data savvy and use metrics, and evidence to inform and support ethical decision making and change. You will be a collaborative leader and developer of talent both as a leader within the team and to the broader business.
