Flinders Medical Centre are looking for a dedicated and skilled Medical Scientist to join their Respiratory Function Laboratories!
About the Role:
The Respiratory Scientist predominantly works independently within Respiratory Function Laboratories of SALHN located at Flinders Medical Centre and Noarlunga GP Plus Super Clinic. The laboratory provides a complex range of respiratory function testing to clinicians and patients of the Southern Adelaide Health Network (SALHN) and general practitioners of the southern region. You will employ scientific knowledge and rigour to ensure that all aspects of laboratory work are conducted to the highest quality and contribute to education, research and development activities of the service.
About you:
- Must hold a Bachelors Degree of Science or equivalent.
- Experience in respiratory physiological measurements in a laboratory environment.
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of respiratory physiology and respiratory physiological measurements
