Seeking an exciting full-time role working with a talented team? A full-time opportunity is available to to work with our busy modern Asian restaurant, Yulli’s, in the heart of Byron Bay. We’re looking for a passionate Chef to support the team in a character-filled, open plan venue with a casual dining atmosphere and creative vegan food.
As a conscious business we take great pride in our fantastic team. On this note we are open to supporting and training a more junior chef or alternatively providing the opportunity for a more experienced chef to hone their skills and support a team.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the day to day running of the kitchen
- Food prepping and cooking
- Helping with rostering and ordering
- Training and help other team members to develop skills
- Menu planning according to season
- Excellent knowledge of food safety guidelines
- Roster: Fixed, Tuesday through Saturday

- Minimum 3 years experience working in vegan South East Asian kitchen
