About the Role
As the Restaurant and Functions manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the large Restaurant and Functions areas, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with the General Manager to develop and manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through strategic initiatives as well as coordinate and execute functions, events, and special promotions, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for both guests and staff.

- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Function experience is an absolute must.
- Fine-dining experience advantageous.
